            It was long ago. Rotaract movement has just started its activity in Bangladesh. Young generation are yet to know about this organization. In such a moment Rotaract club of Agrabad started its journey. Rotary Club of Agrabad was organized on  26 April, 1976 as second Rotary Club Chittagong City. Just after one year Rotaract Club of Agrabad was organized. A young energetic man forward to lead  the club with the special help of  Rtn. Shahed Khan, whose name was Mr. Rezaul karim Chowdhury. On 29 may, 1978 seventeen young guys of Commerce College,  Chittagong got together & future plan been created. Finally it was got  the cherter on 27th  November, 1978. Having the privileged of head letter A, Agrabad rose up the top of the list of Rotaract Club in Bangladesh.

 

 

Purpose of Rotaract

     The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development to address the physical and social need of their communities and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
